In Future under the water they speak English mixed with Dutch. They speak English and Dutch because the country was discovered by a Dutch and English couple. On some islands they only speak Dutch and on oyjer islands they only speak English. They can all speak both languages. They also learn both languages at school and both languages are core subjects. The fish speak English. So they can communicate well with people.
